Accounts and accurate information
- Provide accurate, current information and keep account access secure.
- Do not impersonate another person or company, create misleading profiles, or misuse another account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Recruitment services
Innovation RS supports sourcing, screening, applications, interviews, assessments, hiring workflows, and related services. A listing, match, shortlist, interview, or recommendation is not a guarantee of employment, candidate availability, or a successful hire.
Employer responsibilities
- Job information must be lawful, accurate, non-discriminatory, and genuinely available.
- Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions, employment terms, workplace compliance, and required checks.
- Candidate information may be used only for the authorized recruitment purpose and must not be redistributed.
Fees, credits, and payments
Pricing, credits, placement fees, payment timing, refunds, and any service-specific commercial terms are shown in the relevant purchase or agreement flow. Those terms form part of these terms for that transaction.
Acceptable use and content
Do not scrape, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, transmit malware, bypass access controls, send unlawful communications, or use the service to exploit, harass, discriminate against, or deceive another person. You retain responsibility for content you provide and grant Innovation RS the limited right to process it to deliver the service.
Suspension, changes, and contact
